Caffeinated is a single-purpose menu-bar utility that keeps macOS from sleeping, using IOKit power assertions directly. Pick a timer from fifteen minutes to five hours, run indefinitely, and optionally hold the display awake too. No dock icon, no window noise, just a coffee-cup glyph that fills in when your Mac is held awake and empties out the moment sleep is allowed again.
Menu-bar only
Lives in the macOS menu bar with no dock icon and no background window.
Timer presets
Keep awake for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1, 2, or 5 hours, or indefinitely.
Native power assertions
Uses the IOKit power-management APIs directly, not a shell-out to caffeinate.

One-click toggle writes a LaunchAgent plist so Caffeinated starts with your Mac.
Status at a glance
